Chuck Staley worked for the Department of Defense for 34 years, where he filled a variety of engineering and technical leadership positions over his career. He retired in 2022 as the Director of the 412th Test Engineering Group at Edwards Air Force Base, where he provided leadership, guidance, and mentoring to an engineering workforce consisting of 1,000+ test professionals. He now teaches and preaches part-time at his church.

In 2023, he founded Walk Worthy Solutions, where he teaches leadership and retirement courses to equip and inspire federal employees to succeed.

Chuck resides in Palmdale, California, and has been married to his wife Gina for 35+ years. Chuck and Gina have five children.
